The Stolen Gem is a New York-style rooftop cocktail bar on Level 8 of 388 Bourke Street, offering 270-degree views over Melbourne's iconic Bourke Street Mall and CBD skyline. A single unassuming door entrance leads guests via lift up to the rooftop, adding to the venue's hidden, discreet character. The space features a fully retractable roof and scrolling transparent windows, allowing it to operate year-round regardless of weather. The drinks menu leans into an eclectic cocktail list alongside share plates, with the bar accessible for casual walk-ins and larger group bookings. The Stolen Gem also functions as a private event space for corporate functions, birthdays and product launches, near Hardware Lane. It trades Wednesday to Friday from 3pm, Saturday from 2pm and Sunday from 2pm to 7pm, and offers e-gift cards for those wanting to gift an evening on the rooftop.
