Charlie's Bar runs as a basement cocktail bar beneath the Mill Restaurant on Hardware Lane, inside a converted warehouse finished in exposed brick, dark wood and polished concrete. The cocktail list mixes classic recipes with contemporary additions, paired with cheese plates and a tapas bar menu alongside an extensive wine list. Guests can also bring their own bottle of spirits for the table, served with complimentary mixers. The venue doubles as a function space, with dinner upstairs at the Mill flowing into drinks downstairs at Charlie's.
