Rahona Valley is a boutique vineyard tucked into a secluded pocket of Red Hill South, purchased by Toby and Dianne in 2014 after they left inner-city Melbourne for the Mornington Peninsula. The estate's four-acre, closely planted vineyard is one of the most densely planted on the Peninsula, producing a single-vineyard Pinot Noir across five clones alongside Pinot Gris and Pinot Meunier. Since taking over, Toby has developed a passion for sparkling wine, establishing the Australian Cuvée Centre in Dromana, a dedicated facility crafting traditional-method sparkling wines for Rahona and other boutique Peninsula producers. The cellar door offers an intimate tasting experience with Toby and Dianne themselves, at the end of a scenic drive with sweeping vineyard views, open the first weekend of each month or by appointment, with tasting fees refunded on purchase.
