Polperro is nestled amongst the vines on a stunning 25 acre working property in the heart of the famous wine region Red Hill, Mornington Peninsula. The Winery features a Cellar Door, Bistro & Luxury Villa Accommodation. The restaurant is relaxed and inviting, offering a rustic and diverse menu with a Regional Contemporary focus. The food is centred on fresh, textural and seasonal flavours and incorporates the seasonal harvests from the Polperro garden. No matter the season, guests can enjoy the ambiance of the venue and relax overlooking the vines.In the warmer months, the large outdoor timber deck and lawn area shaded by ancient Angophora trees invite casual snacking and afternoon drinks. In the cooler months the outdoor fire pits ease the chill and the open fire place in the bistro, make for a cosy afternoon or evening. Whilst dining at Polperro Restaurant , be sure to visit the cellar door for a tasting. Polperro offers complimentary wine tasting for villa guests and bistro patrons and sells wine direct from the cellar door. The cellar door at Polperro, provides an intimate space to sample the Polperro and Even Keel wines, produced by the owner/winemaker Sam Coverdale. Specialising in chardonnay and pinot noir, the wines are sustainably produced with a clear focus on producing elegant and balanced varietals. Polperro wines are a premium, single vineyard label, made from our winery situated on the Mornington Peninsula in Red Hill. Even Keel, is a wine label which celebrates the individual strengths of Australia’s wine regions by sourcing great fruit from multiple vineyards suited to specific varieties. Polperro and Even Keel wines have received many accolades over the years and can be found in top restaurants and cellars across the country. For those looking for an overnight retreat,our boutique accommodation provides four beautifully styled, spacious studio apartments overlooking the vineyard. Each luxury villa features a king size bed, designer styling, open fire place, central spa bath, vineyard views and in-room spa treatments by appointment. Our Premium Villa 4, also offers a private sauna. Polperro provides opportunity to include indulgent add-ons such as; in-room spa treatments, dining packages at Polperro’ s onsite bistro and bathing passes at the Peninsula Hot Springs. Orders can also be made to have charcuterie/cheese platters and wine placed in the villa upon arrival.Our rooms can be booked seven days a week, for weekend, overnight or longer stays and are perfect for those seeking a romantic and relaxing getaway.
