Our story begins in the early 2000s with a young, passionate chef named Tinee, who arrived in Melbourne with big dreams and a love for cooking. The city’s competitive restaurant scene presented many challenges, but Tinee’s determination and talent shone through.
Working alongside Chef Brett, Tinee honed her skills and learned the true essence of cooking—simple, fresh, and unpretentious. As the years passed, Tinee’s career flourished, taking her to some of the finest hotels and restaurants in Australia and abroad. She is now a successful business owner, bringing iconic venues such as Humble Rays and Toris to the Melbourne food scene.
Opening Hours Monday & Tuesday: Dinner Close - Wednesday Thursday - Sunday: Lunch & Dinner Lunch 12:00pm - 3:00pm Dinner from 5:00pm until late
