Ocean Eight teams up with Melbourne legend chef Jerry Mai, offering Vietnamese food and perfectly paired wines, in an outdoor BBQ picnic setting.
The residency will feature a changing weekly menu of delicious dishes created by Jerry, who in partnership with winemaker Mike Aylward has developed a menu to perfectly complement Ocean Eight’s stable of wines.
Head down to the Ocean Eight cellar door from 7th November for the first ever Bia Hoi x Ocean Eight residency.
