Flinders Hotel has served the corner of Cook and Wood Streets in Flinders village since 1889, positioned just metres from the Western Port coastline at the foot of the historic township. The pub runs a sports bar, bistro and outdoor dining area, with a menu covering share plates, steak, seafood and hamburgers alongside vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. Tuesday steak night has built a loyal local following, and the bistro trades from 11am through to 9pm most nights, extending to 11pm on Friday and Saturday. Behind the original hotel building sits Quarters, a 40-room boutique accommodation wing with architecture inspired by the surrounding coastal landscape, each room fitted with luxurious linen, a spacious bathroom and a minibar curated with Mornington Peninsula wines.
