Laura is the most intimate dining room at Pt. Leo Estate on Frankston-Flinders Road in Merricks, seating no more than 40 guests in a calm, unhurried space within an estate that also takes in a vineyard and sculpture park.
On weekdays the kitchen offers a two-course table d'hôte, a four-course Signature menu and an eight-course Seasonal degustation, while weekends focus on the Signature and Seasonal menus. Lunch runs Friday to Monday, with dinner on Saturday nights.
Wine is central to the experience. The list holds more than 650 wines from Australia and abroad, many poured by the glass, and in 2026 it was named Australia's Best Country/Regional Dining Wine List with a Three Glass rating. Laura holds two hats in The Age Good Food Guide 2027, and the room is set up for intimate celebrations and long catch-ups.
