The specials board changes constantly, running from Parma night on Thursdays to surprise $10 wing or fried chicken deals announced with little notice, and Sundays typically bring a roast or seafood special across one to three courses. Coffee comes from Little Rebel, a roastery just over the hill in Dromana, while the beer, cider and wine list favours small independent producers and changes regularly with new arrivals.
