Rather than beginning with a neutral base spirit, the team makes its own grape-based eau de vie on the Mornington Peninsula and carries the process through from distillation to the finished bottle. Visitors can experience that approach at the Distillery Door through guided tastings, cocktails and the venue's Gin Masterclass.
