Description
The Portsea Estate vineyard is located on the century old Tintagel property overlooking Bass Strait at the very tip of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. Our philosophy is to produce hand crafted wines that represent the unique characters of the maritime site. The property is owned and managed by vigneron and filmmaker, Warwick Ross and his sister Caron. Warwick recently produced and directed highly awarded feature-documentary, RED OBSESSION, which investigates China's obsession with the fine wines of Bordeaux. Narrated by Academy Award winner, Russell Crowe, the film melded Warwick's passion for wine-making and cinema. RED OBSESSION is now available on iTunes and DVD after a global theatrical release. Winemaker: Tim Elphick
