Description

Tide on the Jetty is a fully licensed cafe and wine bar built entirely over the water on Manly's William Gunn Jetty, a structure that has served the bayside village for more than a century. Open since 2016, Tide has become a local institution thanks to its wide bi-fold windows, sea breezes and uninterrupted views over Manly Harbour. Executive chef Mathew Fulford develops a seasonal menu using quality local produce, with breakfast running until 11am and featuring dishes such as house-made granola, before an all-day menu of burgers, salads and share plates takes over. The drinks list spans Australian and international wines, local and imported beers, ciders on tap, and classic cocktails. Tide caters for both sit-down dining and cocktail-style functions, open seven days a week with free parking behind Manly Pool.
