Restaurant Labart is a European-style bistro on West Street in Burleigh Heads, led by chef-owner Alex Munoz Labart, previously of Monopole, Cirrus and Est. Diners can watch the kitchen at work from front-row seats near the charcoal grill, with a seasonal menu featuring baked scallops in peppercorn butter and barbecue quail with black fig. Restaurant Labart has been named Best Restaurant in Queensland by Gourmet Traveller Magazine, and offers bespoke set menus for private functions of up to 100 guests.
