Description

Nomidokoro Indigo is a Japanese izakaya and sake bar just off Liverpool Street in Darlinghurst, one of Sydney's smallest restaurants with an 11-seat counter. Co-owners Tin Jung Shea, Mitomo Somehara and Chris Wu, who also run Nakano Darling and Yakitori Yurippi, built a menu of simple snacks and heartier dishes made entirely from scratch. Guests sip sake from traditional tokkuri bottles while sampling dishes such as ika shiokara and wagyu tongue.
