Margaret is named in honour of Neil Perry’s late mother—a strong, compassionate woman who was the heart and soul of their family. She was the one who nurtured, cared for, and brought everyone together. It’s a mindset that’s guided Neil throughout his entire career as a chef and restaurateur.
