Don Pedros began life as a Paddington restaurant on Victoria Street before relocating a short stroll away to 10 Oxford Street in Woollahra, keeping the same Mexican menu and cocktail focus while adding a livelier, two-level space. Tacos are the centrepiece of the menu, with build-your-own platters and shareable options designed for groups, alongside a spicy margarita and a broader cocktail list built around Mexican and local spirits. The restaurant hosts bottomless brunch sittings and caters to functions across its two levels, suited to birthdays, anniversaries, work events and family celebrations. With a sister venue also trading in Byron Bay, Don Pedros has grown from its original backstreet Paddington opening into a small group built on tacos, margaritas and a consistently lively atmosphere in Sydney's eastern suburbs.
