Description
Broken Bay Brewing Co runs a taproom and brewery from Harbord Road in Brookvale, founded by Brenton and Andrew after studying European brewing methods overseas. The beers combine traditional European brewing technique with modern equipment, running to a Pacific Ale with citrus and coconut notes and a balanced, malty Pale Ale, brewed on an Italian-made Simatec system imported specifically for the brewery. A dedicated food truck serves alongside the bar, and the beer garden is dog-friendly with beach-themed murals running through the taproom. Weekend live music and DJs run periodically, and the venue can be booked for private events and celebrations, from birthdays to work functions. Trading runs Friday from four until ten, Saturday from midday until ten, and Sunday from midday until eight.
