A converted mechanics warehouse on Nicholson Street houses Au79's cafe, coffee roastery, bakery and patisserie in Abbotsford. Coffee is roasted within the business, while bread and pastries form part of the wider in-house offering. The cafe serves breakfast and lunch seven days a week, opening earlier on weekdays and from 8am on weekends. Visitors can book a table for the daytime cafe or shop Au79's coffee for home, including its Midas blend and subscription options. Outside cafe hours, the warehouse becomes a private event space for seated functions of up to 100 guests. The functions setup includes a bar, lounge booths, dance floor and sound system, allowing the same Abbotsford space to move from daytime cafe to evening celebration.
