Industry Beans is a Melbourne-based specialty coffee roaster and café group known for its innovative approach to both coffee and café design. Founded in 2013 by brothers Trevor and Steve Simmons, the original Fitzroy location blends a café, roastery, and training facility inside a beautifully designed warehouse space. This flagship venue offers a fully immersive coffee experience, where guests can watch the roasting process in action and connect with knowledgeable baristas.
Expanding beyond Fitzroy, Industry Beans has opened additional cafés, including a sleek CBD location on Little Collins Street. This space features a minimalist, all-white design and cutting-edge Modbar brewing systems, allowing an unobstructed view of the coffee-making process.
