Australian ingredients and culinary cultures shape the multi-course experience at Attica on Glen Eira Road in Ripponlea. Led by chef and restaurateur Ben Shewry, the restaurant recognises the First Peoples who have cared for this land for thousands of years and treats cultural context as part of the food. Dinner is presented as one tasting menu rather than an à la carte selection. A meal generally lasts around three hours, and the team shares the stories connected to the dishes throughout the evening. Alcoholic, non-alcoholic and mixed drink pairings are available, as well as beverages ordered separately. Attica opens for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday. Most dietary requirements can be accommodated with at least 72 hours' notice, and reservations are essential.
