Description

Normandy Wine & Grill is a French bistro on High Street in Windsor, led by chef Azem Dzevlan, previously of Bistro Thierry and Maha. Steak frites is central to the menu, using Cape Grim beef with béarnaise or bordelaise sauce, alongside snacks such as chargrilled tiger prawns and confit duck. The wine list, curated by sommelier Jeremy Letur, spans French, Australian, New Zealand and Italian labels, with half-price steak frites on Tuesdays and BYO Tuesday to Thursday.
