On our menu we have tasty baked potatoes with 10 different seasonings, bacon, cheese, luscious sour cream and much more. Our baked potatoes are topped or stuffed with a variety of cold and hot toppings. Baked fresh and slow, each potato is cooked to perfection in our distinctive King Edward potato baking oven. Another big hit is the TWISTED POTATO: Named for its unusual spiral shape every twisted potato is locally grown, handcrafted on a bamboo skewer, dipped in our famous delicious batter, gently fried in pure cottonseed oil, before it has a final dusting of secret spices and seasonings. Lord of the Spud only use the best quality local produce - so you can taste the difference. All our spuds are locally bought at Red Gem Growers and Packers Pty Ltd, thoroughly washed and selected to be the perfect size of 200 - 250gr for the Twisters and up to 350 gr for the baked spuds. Twisted Potatoes are a hit at Markets, Fairs, Festivals, Street-parties and just about any social gathering. Young and old alike enjoy the great taste of a seasoned, french fried Spiral Spud. The baked potato however is a classic number one and with the diversity of our fillings, it as well will be at your event.
