An authentic Japanese owned hidden restaurant & lounge bar over 80 choices of Japanese whiskies. Spend the evening in a relaxed atmosphere just like those cozy, underground Dining bars in Japan ! Not only are there whiskies to enjoy but also champagne, wine, Sake, and Shochu. To accompany the vast selection of drinks are the delicious bar snacks created by my brother, Raita Noda who is a celebrated chef and previously owner chef at Rise (Darlinghurst) & Ocean Room (Circular Quay). Currently he’s the owner & head chef at Raita Noda Chef's Kitchen (Surry Hills). We're constantly thinking about the best combinations of spirits and snacks and how to bring out the best in both. We are at our happiest when we can help you experience unique flavours which you can't find with food alone !!
