Le Capucin sits on Point Nepean Road in Portsea, run by Loïc and Kirsty Duchet and named after a traditional wrought-iron basting tool Loïc learned to use growing up in the Landes region of South West France. The kitchen serves premium Five Senses coffee alongside daily Noisette viennoiseries, baguettes, salads and house-made pies built on 20-hour beef and chicken stocks.
