Description

Vivace has served Italian food on Brighton's Bay Street since 2004. Chef Andrea Serreli leads a produce-focused menu built around handmade pasta, seasonal ingredients, seafood and modern Italian flavours. Guests can choose from express lunch, a la carte dinner and a multi-course Chef's Experience, supported by an Italian-led wine list and cocktails. Four private dining rooms cater for celebrations and corporate events, with the restaurant also available for larger exclusive functions. The combination of express lunch, à la carte dinner and a Chef's Experience allows Vivace to cater to different dining occasions without losing its Italian focus. Private rooms add a strong events component, while the Bay Street address and long operating history give the restaurant an established place in Brighton dining.
