Cucina & Co positions itself as a pizza restaurant built for the whole family, from toddlers through to nonno and nonna, on Brighton's New Street. The kitchen builds its pizza dough with a slow 72-hour rise, giving a light, digestible base topped with quality imported ingredients such as prosciutto di Parma and fior di latte from Campania. The menu also covers house-made pasta and eggplant parmigiana, served in a fit-out of washed concrete, glass and black marble.
