The Terrace is the rooftop bar at the five-star Emporium Hotel South Bank, set on Level 21 with panoramic views across South Bank Parklands, the Brisbane River and the city skyline. A retractable ceiling and operable glass roof let the venue operate year-round in Brisbane's subtropical climate, complemented by lush living walls, leather chairs and a white onyx bar. The cocktail list leans into subtropical flavours with playful names like Freaki-Tiki and Tokyo Hi-Fi, while the food menu spans izakaya-style grazing plates through to East Asian-inspired mains such as crispy Borrowdale pork belly. The Terrace runs from breakfast through to late-night drinks, with breakfast service closing at 10am before the kitchen reopens for grazing from midday until 9.30pm, seven days a week.
