Olio Kensington Street is an Italian restaurant on the second floor of The Old Rum Store in Chippendale, opened in 2017 by Sicilian-born chef Lino Sauro. The menu reflects Sauro's family farming roots in Sicily, with dishes such as charred octopus and seasonal seafood built around olive oil sourced from the family's own farm. Olio offers a contemporary indoor dining room and a rooftop terrace overlooking Chippendale, and caters for weddings and private functions.
