Description

Giuls sits on Surry Hills' Eat Street strip, Crown Street, run by Rockpool alumna Giulia Treuner with a menu shaped by head chef Esmeralda Perez and Michelin-trained chef Alessio Rago. The kitchen draws on Tuscan cuisine, using seasonal produce and fresh seafood alongside daily handmade pasta, from squid-ink fettuccine with crab to conchiglie with vodka, pancetta and taleggio. Dark timber tables and footpath seating under pink-and-white striped umbrellas give the small restaurant a warm, casual character.
