Now & Then is a basement cocktail and wine bar on Clarence Street in Sydney's CBD, from co-owner Natalie Ng of nearby venue Door Knock. The drinks list is split into two sections: a modern 'Now' menu of contemporary cocktails, and a 'Then' list of vintage recipes drawn from cocktail history. The intimate, jewel-toned interior hosts live music and DJs on Friday and Saturday nights, with bar snacks and a solid wine offering.
