Description
MATKIM is an eight-seat Korean dining experience at 180 George Street in Sydney, owned by Chef Jacob Lee. The restaurant presents Korean cuisine through a modern lens, using seasonal ingredients, fermentation and charcoal cooking across an immersive chef's menu. Its current format evolved in September 2025 and continues the culinary work developed through Lee's earlier KOBO project. The current immersive course is offered from Wednesday to Sunday.
