Australian cattle are hand-selected and aged on site, with the kitchen also turning out seafood platters, gnocchi, roasted bone marrow and burgers alongside its steak menu. On Thursdays, the Pyrmont site runs a Tomahawk with Tommy special, pairing a 1.4-kilogram Tomahawk steak with two Tommy's Margaritas.
