The cosy 24-seat restaurant is built around an open kitchen and specialises in bold, contemporary dishes drawing on Laos, Thailand and Vietnam, from charcoal-grilled barbecue snacks to a signature Baby Pho made with a 48-hour bone broth. The entire kitchen is certified 100 per cent gluten-free by Coeliac Australia, a distinction the restaurant holds alongside seven consecutive AGFG Chef Hats between 2020 and 2026. The wine list has also been recognised in Australia's Wine List of the Year Awards, pairing rare sakes and natural wines with the menu's punchy flavours. Set within a converted laundromat and finished with neon signage and a mirrored ceiling overlooking the open kitchen, EDDY + WOLFF suits both a considered date night and a livelier group dinner on the Gold Coast.
