Bistro Gadi runs as a pop-up bistro on Level 4 of the Australian Museum at 1 William Street, Darlinghurst, with views over Hyde Park, St Mary's Cathedral and Woolloomooloo Bay. The lunch menu focuses on fresh, seasonal produce, served as platters of mains, salads and wraps prepared daily, with a kids' menu also available. Groups of eight or more can order a family-style feast to share. Trading runs Wednesday to Sunday from eleven until three, with last orders at quarter to three; there is no parking at the museum.
