Babylon Rooftop is a large-scale restaurant and bar spanning more than 1,200 square metres on Level 7 of Westfield Sydney, above Pitt Street Mall. Designed as an imagined recreation of ancient Babylon, the space features Italian travertine archways, marble and brass finishings, hanging greenery and expansive open-air terraces, alongside multiple bars and a wood-fired kitchen. The menu draws on Levantine cuisine spanning the Middle East and Eastern Mediterranean, built around shareable dishes such as meze and wood-fired mains, suited to long lunches, sunset drinks or late-night dining. With capacity for up to 800 guests across themed private and semi-private event spaces, Babylon Rooftop hosts everything from intimate private dining to large celebrations. Its central location, accessed via escalators from Pitt Street Mall, makes it an easy destination in the Sydney CBD for lunch, dinner or late-night rooftop drinks.
