Enter Via Laundry, led by the talented Chef Helly Raichura, is a unique Indian restaurant located in Carlton North. Our menu evolves every few months, showcasing different regional Indian cuisines and moving beyond traditional stereotypes. We take pride in exploring the rich culinary diversity of India, blending ancient recipes with fresh, local Australian ingredients. Previous menus have celebrated the flavours of Bengal, Gujarat, Kerala, Goa, Mughlai cuisine, and Kashmir. Currently, our menu draws inspiration from "The Food of Bharat," Chef Helly's own book, offering diners an educational and joyful journey through Indian dining. The journey of Enter Via Laundry began in Chef Raichura's home, where guests would enter the dining room through her laundry space. What started as a passion project quickly gained popularity in the Melbourne food scene, leading to the opening of Enter Via Laundry Carlton in 2022. Our goal has always been to provide a warm, welcoming dining experience while serving elevated Indian cuisine. We offer two delightful dining options: a 5-Course Set Menu available on Wednesdays at 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and a 10-Course Set Menu served from Thursdays to Saturdays at 7:00 pm and 7:30 pm, strictly by reservation. Additionally, our BAR at Enter Via Laundry serves drinks and tasty bar snacks from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm, Wednesday through Saturday. We warmly welcome both walk-ins and reservations at the BAR, ensuring everyone can enjoy our vibrant atmosphere.
