The kitchen is built around an award-winning dry-ageing program and paddock-to-plate sourcing, with Australian cattle hand-selected and aged in-house before being served in a relaxed, suburban steakhouse setting. The menu runs beyond steak to lobster pasta, gnocchi, roasted bone marrow and a signature burger, alongside weekly deals such as a Thursday Tomahawk special for sharing. The venue caters to both casual family dinners and larger group bookings, and hosts a weekend Grada bottomless brunch shared across its Pyrmont and Walsh Bay locations. With easy parking and a laid-back atmosphere, Haberfield offers steakhouse dining without leaving Sydney's Inner West.
