Criniti's opened its original Parramatta site on Church Street in 2003, founded by the Criniti family and now grown into a group spanning several Australian cities. The menu combines Southern Italian recipes with contemporary Australian cuisine, spanning woodfired pizza, pasta, seafood, grilled fish, bruschetta and risotto for lunch and dinner. Its signature offering is a large-format woodfired pizza, served in one, two and three-metre lengths for sharing across bigger groups. The restaurant also runs catering and function packages for events near Westfield Parramatta.
