Chat Thai's Westfield Sydney restaurant sits on Level 6 of the shopping centre on Pitt Street Mall, one of several locations under founder Amy Chanta's group, now led by her daughter Palisa Anderson. The kitchen draws on organic vegetables, herbs and honey grown on the family's own Boon Luck Farm in Byron Bay, served alongside authentic Isaan and Bangkok street-style dishes. Trading runs Sunday to Wednesday from eleven until nine, and Thursday to Saturday from eleven until later in the evening.
