Pizza Wagon brings a wood-fired oven to weddings, parties and events in a vintage Citroën H Van, turning pizza service into part of the occasion. Based on the Mornington Peninsula, the mobile setup can travel from beachside venues to paddocks and private properties, with its own generator allowing the team to cook in a wide range of locations. Catering packages range from set numbers of pizzas to unlimited service, with antipasto, salads and gelato available to build out the meal. Gluten-free and vegan options are part of the offering, helping mixed groups share the same relaxed style of catering. Depending on the package, the wagon can cater for groups from around 50 to 160 guests, with service tailored to the flow of the event. Pizza Wagon’s appeal is as much about atmosphere as food: guests can watch hot pizzas emerge from the oven and take a slice while the celebration continues around them.
