Midnight Bar is the ground-floor bar of Midnight Hotel, Autograph Collection, at 1 Elouera Street in Braddon, beside the Elouera Street light rail stop on Northbourne Avenue. It is open to the public from mid-afternoon every day. The drinks list changes with the seasons, taking in international and local wines, signature cocktails and a locally brewed lager. Food comes from a snack-style menu of simple, well-made plates, which suits a drink before dinner, a nightcap afterwards, or an evening that skips dinner altogether. Happy hour runs in the late afternoon. The room is designed to catch the afternoon sun, with a fireplace for cooler months and a modern alfresco lounge that works year-round. The bar can be booked in part or in full for events of up to about 300 guests, and there is parking under the hotel as well as on surrounding streets.
