THE BIGGEST BADDEST SMOKED BBQ Bigger Than Texas BBQ is a Foodtruck Roadshow, which includes mixed media, a funky caravan, a hot charcoal BBQ and the best wood cooked food in town. We specialise in American style smoked BBQ favourites like: 18 Hour Beef Brisket Pulled Pork Low n Slow Chicken Wings Succulent Beef Short Ribs We believe food should be fun, flavoursome and filling! Starting out in 2016 we’ve quickly established ourselves as the premier BBQ food truck in Victoria. We are a key stallholder at many events including; Brewers Feast at the Abbotsford Convent and The Williamstown Beer and Cider Festival. From the Mornington Peninsula to Melbourne’s inner city and beyond, we travel all over Victoria to feed the neighbourhood’s need for damn good smoked BBQ. Along the way we get the chance to build the most incredible relationships with our following of BBQ lovers and their local communities. THAT is what puts fire in our bellies.
