Inside Rhodes Waterside, Auvers Cafe Rhodes serves modern Australian brunch and dinner with an Asian fusion focus. The brand began in Rhodes in 2016, and its name comes from Auvers-sur-Oise, the French village associated with Vincent van Gogh. Art and creativity continue through the venue's design and approach to food. Lunch is served every day, with dinner available from Tuesday to Saturday. The menus are developed in-house through a process of testing and refinement, covering brunch, dinner, beverages and seasonal specials. Auvers also hosts private events at Rhodes Waterside.
