All Things Equal is a fresh take on typical hospitality in Melbourne. We are a not-for-profit social enterprise providing purposeful training and award-wage paid employment for people with disability. We believe all people should be able to find a self-sustaining purpose in life, allowing everyone to contribute to society in a meaningful way. We exist to bridge the gap between people with disability and the wider community.
