Description

Pellegrino 2000 is a neighbourhood trattoria on the corner of Campbell and Foster streets in Surry Hills, from Dan Pepperell, Michael Clift and Andy Tyson. The kitchen serves Italian classics with a personal spin, including prawn ravioli in brown butter and lemon and burrata with focaccia, complemented by an underground pasta cave stocking a Brunello and Chianti-led wine list. Pellegrino 2000 has been a hit since opening in 2022, with both candlelit downstairs seating and a livelier upstairs dining room.
