Description

Margaret is Neil and Sam Perry's flagship neighbourhood restaurant at 30–36 Bay Street in Double Bay. Named for Neil Perry's late mother, the restaurant centres on seasonal produce and a custom wood-fired grill, cooking sustainable wild-caught seafood, dry-aged beef and peak-season produce. Margaret was ranked No. 2 in the World's 101 Best Steak Restaurants in both 2025 and 2026 and No. 1 in Australia in 2026.
