FICK Brewing Company is a small-batch, Belgian-inspired brewery on Old Toombul Road in Northgate, opened by husband and wife Fabrizio Ceccarelli and Nadresha Costa. The couple met and began brewing together in Luxembourg, with Ceccarelli training in the craft across the border in Belgium, before relocating to Brisbane in 2016 and converting a warehouse into a home, brewhouse and taproom over several years. The brewing operation sits in the site's rear shed, with a 12-hectolitre setup across five fermenters allowing multiple beers to be brewed at once, including a golden ale table beer and a red IPA alongside rotating guest beers from other Queensland breweries. Located at 108 Old Toombul Road, Northgate, FICK Brewing has an indoor bar and a covered outdoor beer garden designed with a European feel, open Thursday to Sunday, and suits both a casual after-work drink and a longer sit-down meal built around European-style bar food.
