Doughcraft's Mary Street site is the Brisbane CBD outpost of the French-Italian bakery and deli that first opened in Albion, joining Craft'd Grounds' inner-north dining precinct. The kitchen runs on European bakery hours through the morning, serving pistachio praline croissants, truffle danishes and Vegemite sticks alongside coffee, before shifting into a panini-and-wine venue for the rest of the day. From 3pm on Thursdays and Fridays, the space becomes a destination for aperitivo, pairing rosemary-infused negronis and a list of Australian and Corsican wines with Italian-inspired dishes including Roman-style pinsa and handmade pasta. Interior art takes cues from Keith Haring alongside a rotating gallery of Brisbane artists.
