DOC Pizza & Mozzarella Bar in Carlton is the original venue behind Melbourne's DOC Gastronomia group, serving authentic Italian pizza in the heart of Carlton's Drummond Street Italian precinct. The menu centres on wood-fired pizzas alongside mozzarella-based dishes, cured meats and traditional Italian desserts, backed by a wine list that highlights Italian producers alongside local winemakers. The venue offers shared dining areas as well as a private upstairs dining room suited to groups of 35 to 50 guests, with set menus available for larger bookings. DOC Carlton is open for dinner Monday to Wednesday and from midday on other days, and pizzas are also available for pickup and delivery.
