Braybrook Hotel has traded from Ballarat Road since the 1850s, now home to an international buffet running more than forty dishes daily, alongside a sports bar, bottleshop and function rooms. The buffet is closed Monday, with weekday lunch from midday to half past two, weekend lunch from half past eleven, and dinner served most nights from half past five to half past eight, with Saturday dinner split into two sittings. A dedicated Kids Zone runs alongside the dining room, and the sports bar screens games from ten in the morning until late, seven days a week. Function rooms can be tailored with custom linen, cutlery and glassware for birthdays, weddings, corporate events and other celebrations, with a dedicated events team on hand throughout planning. The drive-through bottleshop trades separate hours to the main venue.
